The Category database contains additional information
about categories. For the following categories you maintain a
list: The lists shows for each category are also the lists in
the drop down when doing a category selection for an
album The catgory database dialog has the following
sections: Synchronize category database with albums
and artists Synchronize
GenreAlbum
Type
Period
Label
Language
Country
Press this button to update the category database
with all categories in albums and tracks. Missing categories will be added. In
the Sync Status column of the category list the
state of the artist related to album and tracks is shown. When a category is
not referenced any longer it will also be visible here. By sorting this column
it is easy to select all unreferenced and delete them.
